1. Acceptance

By using Cre8Mart, you agree to these terms. Creators using YouTube features also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Creator Rights & Licenses

• IP Ownership: You retain all rights to your designs.
• Usage License: You grant Cre8Mart a non-exclusive license to manufacture, fulfill, and market products featuring your designs.
• Content: You must not upload content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks.

3. Customer & Fulfillment Terms

• Cancellations: Only allowed within 2 hours of purchase due to our print-on-demand model.
• Refunds: Since items are custom-made and Cre8mart-fullfilled(POD), we only offer refunds for damaged or defective products reported within 24 hours.
• Payments: Secured by Razorpay. We do not store credit card details.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or infringe on the IP of others.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
