Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view the status in your 'Orders' page if you are logged in.
Cre8Mart products are printed on demand. We accept returns only for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact support with photos of the issue.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location in India.
It's free! Click 'Start Selling' in the navigation bar, create an account, and you can start uploading your designs immediately.
Payouts can be requested from your Dashboard once your balance exceeds ₹100. Requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the manufacturing process begins and cancellations are not possible.
