3. Third-Party API Data Handling (Limited Use)
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the **Limited Use requirements**.
A. Google & YouTube
We access your YouTube Channel Title and Avatar URL via the youtube.readonly scope solely for Identity Verification and to auto-populate your Cre8Mart store profile. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
B. Protection & Restrictions
Data is transmitted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) and stored securely in our MongoDB Atlas database, which employs **Encryption at Rest**. We do not share, sell, or transfer Google user data to third-party AI models or advertising networks. Human access to this data is strictly prohibited unless required for security purposes or legal obligations.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. Google User Data including Instagram, Twitch, Spotify is deleted immediately upon account closure. Order history is kept for 7 years for tax compliance.
